This is the email from Lester Re Copyright declarations. These need prepended to the code files:

Hi Teresa

I've investigated the various licences, and suggest we use the Creative Commons 'Attribution non-commercial share alike' licence. Web site here:

http://creativecommons.org/about/licenses/

"This license lets others remix, tweak, and build upon your work non-commercially, as long as they credit you and license their new creations under the identical terms. Others can download and redistribute your work, but they can also translate, make remixes, and produce new stories based on your work. All new work based on yours will carry the same license, so any derivatives will also be non-commercial in nature."

This is the HTML code which needs to appear in browser-enabled works:

<a rel="license" href="http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/3.0/"><img alt="Creative Commons License" style="border-width:0" src="http://i.creativecommons.org/l/by-nc-sa/3.0/88x31.png" /></a>
This work is licensed under a <a rel="license" href="http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/3.0/">Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-Share Alike 3.0 Unported License</a>. This work is to be Attributed to the XXX-funded XXX project of the University of Southampton. You are free to Share (to copy, distribute and transmit the work) and to Remix (to adapt the work) for non-Commercial use under the conditions of this licence as long as you Distribute under the same licence.

If you wish, you can substitute the text below for 'non-browser-enabled' work in place of the last two sentences of the above paragraph.
